About us.......
We are a women only personal training studio in Lees Summit. Our small group personal training (no more than 3, while still maintaining social distancing guidelines) sessions are led by our certified trainers and provide an efficient and awesome 60-minute workout which include 30 minutes of weights (upper, lower, or full body) and 30 minutes of Cardio (HIIT/Tabata/interval). After each workout enjoy a FREE protein shake on us :) Our certified trainers can easily modify the workouts to different skill levels (beginner to advanced) or limitations while still remaining effective for all women. We also offer free diet/nutrition programing with our certified sports nutritionist.
